Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NTA's corporate travel management services, booking platforms, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
NTA provides corporate travel management services including:
- Online booking tools for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
- 24/7 VIP customer support for travelers
- Travel expense management and reporting
- Travel policy compliance and approval workflows
- Meetings and events management
- Corporate travel consulting services
Our services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing, as outlined in your corporate agreement.
Account Registration & Security
To use our services, you must register through your employer's corporate program. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
Subscription Plans & Payment
Subscription Plans
NTA offers multiple subscription tiers including Per-Trip, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed in your corporate contract.
Payment
Your employer is responsible for all subscription fees and service charges. Travel bookings are charged separately according to supplier terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 60 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Travel Bookings & Reservations
Third-Party Suppliers
Travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). NTA acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for supplier policies, cancellations, delays, or service quality.
Booking Accuracy
You are responsible for verifying all booking details including dates, times, destinations, passenger names, and travel documents before confirming. Errors may result in additional fees or penalties.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies are determined by travel suppliers. Refunds and change fees vary by booking type and fare rules. We will assist with modifications but cannot guarantee refunds or waive supplier penalties.
Corporate Travel Policy Compliance
You agree to comply with your employer's travel policy when using our services. We may restrict or decline bookings that violate your corporate policy. Your employer has access to your travel bookings, expenses, and compliance reports as authorized in your corporate agreement.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not authorized for your use
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platforms
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account to others
- Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes without valid cause
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, functionality, software, and materials available through our services are owned by NTA or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
- Acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers including delays, cancellations, or service failures
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions
- Technical issues, system outages, or interruptions of service
- Errors in pricing, availability, or booking information provided by suppliers
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by your employer for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTA, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Your employer may terminate the corporate agreement at any time with written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or if your employer's subscription expires or is terminated.
Upon termination, you must cease using our services. Existing travel bookings will remain valid subject to supplier terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally at legal@nationaltravelassociates.com.
Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Henderson, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date and, where required, by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable corporate agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and NTA regarding our services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
